I am a new CASA/ Guardian Ad Litem for the court system. Of course, they use a lot of "legalease" that most lay people have no clue to what a judge, lawyer or court orders are saying. This book is wriiten for the lay person and I have already "burnt" up the pages so to speak. It is a wonderful book for anyone.

Approximately 2,500 terms are given with definitions and explanations for the benefit of consumers, business proprietors, legal beneficiaries, investors, property owners, litigants, and all others who have dealings with the law.
