Book Reviews of Dilbert 2.0: 20 Years of DilbertBook Review: Great! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great anthology of all the Dilbert cartoons. I especially liked the early ideas and the stories of what Scott Adams had to do to get published. Seeing the evolution of the characters all in one place was fascinating. It is beautifully packaged with a slip case. Beware, though, it is very heavy!
Book Review: A definite must Summary: 5 Stars
I think it is pointless to comment on the quality of the material. No one who isn' t already a fan of the dilbert commic will bother with this edition. The edition is really good. Glossy paper, hard cover, all the luxury a book can afford. One catch though ... You can't take it to the toilet ...
Book Review: Great book! Summary: 5 Stars
The genesis of Dilbert with author's commentaries on how characters evolved is amazing. I find S.Adams' own story of how he became the cartoonist (including early scetches, applications and feedbacks from publishers) also very inspiring. Great book - pure pleasure to "read". :)
Book Review: Great coffee table or desk reference! Summary: 5 Stars
As a long time fan of Dilbert, I jumped at the chance to own a comprehensive retrospective of the comic strip. The volume is so chalked full of treasure that it weighs more than a boat anchor! It has all my favorites, plus many strips that I missed over the past 20 some years.
Book Review: Dilberts full monty Summary: 4 Stars
Going through Dilbert 2.0, you feel like you get to know the author, better understand his humor and hidden jokes. Finished the whole book in 1 week! What I found a bit dissapointing was the fact that it seems the book does not contain all the strips...Really liked it though!
