Book Reviews of Dragonology: The Complete Book of Dragons (Ologies)Book Review: Great book Summary: 5 StarsThis book was well worth the buy.
I purchased this book as a gift. The recipient was 7.
Most of the book is still a little much for her yet, but she was beyond excited just the same. There was some that she thinks is interesting now, but as she gets older, there will be so much more for explore in the book. After going through the entire book, you have to remind yourself that dragons truly aren't real!
Book Review: Lovely and Interesting Summary: 5 StarsThe eleven-year old who received this book absolutely adored it. It has interesting 'facts' about dragons and many interesting special inserts - it's more of a coffee-table type/reference book than a story. If you have a dragon lover, I'd highly recommend it.
Book Review: Wonderful for the imagination Summary: 4 StarsI purchased this book for my 8 year old daughter... she is in love with it! Great for any child with an interest in mythical creatures. She loves the "dragon dust". Money well spent.
Book Review: Great Science Summary: 5 StarsIt's a beautifully, funny, most amazing book I've seen on the science of Dragonology. Very good idea, beautiful illustrations, witty text, fun pull-outs, even samples of shed dragon skin, wing membranes and dragon dust. We learn much about dragons, from their life cycles and behaviors to their flying techniques... Another great book that I love is "Why Some Cats are Rascals ( Book 3)" - an incredibly cats' story, full of fun and facts from American history and geography.
Book Review: Dragonology Summary: 5 StarsGood book, purchased for my grandson age 11. He loves the book and "believes" in dragons. Good information and interactive pages.
