This book transformed our lives, as we stayed up late reading the information, highlighting passages, clipping the beat-up book together so as not to lose vital pages, etc.... We wrote our own book, The Healing Patch Cookbook, after much time spent with Wolfe's writings. It was a fantastic guide that helps bring us into the reasons why so many people seek out raw food as a way to begin transforming their lives. In a sense, this book helped us not only eat a large portion of raw food, but also become authors ourselves through being inspired!
