Book Review: Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery Summary: 5 StarsBook has many very good recipes, very helpful for preparing meals that will help keep the weight off as well as be easy to prepare.
Book Review: Practical Recipes Summary: 4 StarsI didn't read it until a few months after surgery - the point when you need a new burst of recipes and energy to keep losing. I have tried a few of the recipies and the taste was great. I don't think I will keep some of their spices and ingredients on the shelf but this is a great resource for when I want to "shake things up".
Book Review: Informative Summary: 4 StarsI found this book to be both informative and very practical. I had just had band surgery when I purchased this book and it was nice to have some options which were very tasty especially during the first two weeks. I will continue to use this book. I have actually had a few friends purchase it after tasting some of my creations. The shrimp bisque is wonderful. It was a good investment.
