Book Review: NO "tasting" needed Summary: 5 StarsI enjoy this book so much!I no longer need to taste everything before I serve it to my family. Everything(with the exception of the fake cheesecake) is fabulous. My husband and my sons love it also, plus they are seeing how good lower calorie food can taste. Most recipes take under 30 minutes to prepare including cooking time. Some do take longer, but it is well worth it. My nutritionist at Stanford recommended this book and I am so glad she did.
