Book Reviews of Edgar Cayce's Story of JesusBook Review: an astral Christ? Summary: 2 Stars
This book is undouptedly one of Edgar Cayce's most famous works on the supposed authenticity of Christ.
Today we've all been taught to be much more wary of channelings and the content of their material than in the past.
It irritates a lot of researchers that Edgar Cayce's Jesus can be found easily in the Akashic Records but nowhere else in the entire history of the human race , which has been proved to be tens of millions of years plus old.
On one page in the book it is asserted that there is no life on other planetary bodies in this solar system , so when NASA are not having problems determining on whether they should allow people to see the latest UFO they've photographed , at least good enough evidence has been provided in my view that there are no lifeless , planetary bodies.
Edgar Cayce's Christ seems to be an astral phenomenon which has nothing to do with this world whatsoever.
It can be found in the 'akashic records'because that's where Edgar Cayce and his followers liked to place this astral Christ. There are myriads of stories of astral Christs , of which this one is only one.
This astral Christ is way different than the rude , homeless junky in the New Testament who supposedly turned the world upside down by dying and coming back to life three days later , a familiar theme which also took place in Egypt and elsewhere.
Edgar Cayce's story of Jesus is one man's story of his experiences with psychic phenomena which manifested themselves while channeling , in where information on astral Christs had also been 'spontaneously presented' , seemingly out of nowhere. A lot of people will be bewildered and angered by my statement , but truth be known , the honest , plain truth is that Jesus never existed. If he did there would simply be no question about that. We've even today accounts of peoples'meetings with supposed Christs , and the way they look is extremely variable.
For instance Stewart Swerdlow claims to have met Jesus and taken samples from him but we're never presented the results of this intense sample - taking of his!
And why is it better to believe in him crucified rather than resurrected or still being alive today? Stewart Swerdlow's Jesus manifests himself in and out of existence whenever he can but Edgar Cayce's Jesus manifests himself only a few time. Edgar Cayce's familiar solution to the Horus - Christ connection mystery is that Horus must also have been real! How guillable must Edgar Cayce's spirit guides sound by today's standards. They're so insane they can't come to terms with how to present information which was better composed by scholars of flesh and blood who lived around in the 1900's and centuries before that , such as Pliny the Elder who lived way before that period.
One of Edgar Cayce's main spiritual sources is the famous deity known as St. Michael who in reality is a Christian deification of an earlier Phoenic deity.
A whole bunch of Edgar Cayce's prophecies make a lot of sense today , such as the Indian tsunami and the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Cayce must have had lots of contacts with insiders who could have provided him with advanced knowledge on these subjects , and he must also have been familiar with such authors as Albert Churchward and Gerald Massey because he lived in an era where those authors were being carefully studied and discussed and debated seriously by scholars.
Cayce gave tons of information which is incredibly useful , and one of his most important books which I consider to be a Bible of Edgar Cayce information , chronicles all kinds of treatments against diseases and plagues which still work today , such as migraene headaches.
It is not unsurprising that somebody like me who has read a few books exposing the Christ myth speculates about insiders giving famous psychics of the past information on the supposed historicity or even non - historicity of such famous persons as Jesus Christ who most certainly never lived.
Although Jesus walks wherever money talks , Edgar Cayce is a very good example of an exception in that regard.
The Edgar Cayce Foundation is one of the most important organizations in the world , and one of those who have had much frequent contact with them and who has been very much involved with them has been none other than Zahi Hawass , curator of the Antiuquities in Egypt. I wish to stress that people not take any conclusion I draw on something like this seriously but rather do their own research. As 'thedudeinrok'on youtube.com says , we must educate ourselves. That is how we stay educated. Edgar Cayce's Jesus is thus an astral entity which is very much probably 100% fiction.
The book ignores many important facts which could have shed further light on the Christ myth and Edgar Cayce's astral Jesus , and his spirit guides are sometimes laughihgly inaccurate while at others the level or extent of accuracy can be considered scary by modern standards. Perhaps Edgar Cayce's Jesus may be one of the most seniour astral entities ever created in the early 20th century , but certainly not matching those of the famous sci - fi authors , such as great Cthulhu himself who resided in R'lyeh someplace in the Antartic. Indeed , this is Edgar Cayce's story of Jesus , albeit in my view certainly not the one penned down by the creators of the Old and New Testaments.......
Summary of Edgar Cayce's Story of JesusBased on the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce, the author provides an illuminating narrative on the life of Jesus.
