"Elder Rage" - or Take My Father, Please - well, Jacqueline Marcell has the courage to say what we're all thinking right there in her title!
My family used Ms. Marcell's book in a particular way... as a guide.
You see, near the back of "Elder Rage" are several pages of questions and answers about parental behaviours.
So often, a parent would do or say something completely uncharacteristic for them that would confuse and frustrate family.
We'd check Ms. Marcell's Q&A list and there would be our problem with ideas for how to solve it (plus, understand where mom and dad were coming from)!

A wealth of very useful information! A MUST HAVE for those of us who will be caring for an aging parent with demetia. Read it BEFORE you get "the call!!" Thank you, Jaqueline.
She shares all the ups, downs, tears, smiles, & other experiences of a very difficult task. I really enjoyed the music lyrics and movies lines she inserts. A very good effort for a first time writer! What more can I say about her book? READ IT!! NOW!!!
