Book Review: Donna Eden is the best

What an extraordinary, clear, compassionate role model for anyone who does spiritual work!It's an understatement to say that I love this book. I've studied (and use) Healing Touch and Reiki, but Eden's techniques are at least as helpful, and they've filled in the gaps between my needs and the assistance provided by these other wonderful modalities.
Professionally, I facilitate spiritual and emotional healing--rather than directly addressing the physical level--and so my standards are high for discussion about auras. And Eden's insights are just marvellous. For my next edition of "Aura Reading Through All Your Senses," I plan to put this great book in the bibliography along with high, high praise.
Book Review: Your best friend helps you to heal yourself

The healing techniques are also explained in a personal manner and give case history that resemble personal experiences a friend may speak with you about. The author's kindness and helpfulness shows on every page of her book. Each page is filled with understanding and knowledge.She not only provides healing techniques, but also gives a method by which to learn the techniques that do not include memorization. All of the techniques are a manner to release stress so as not to invoke the fight or flight response within the body. Facts like 80% blood loss to the front of the brain when under stress are remarkable and thought provoking. This book will truly change the way one looks at life and other people.

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with a deadly disease. The doctors told me I would be dead in 6 months if I did not have treatment. I thank God and Donna Eden for this book. I attribute doing the exercises in the book with helping to save my life. The information is concise, and clear and presented in a fun way. Like other reviewers, almost every page of my book is dog-earred.
There is no doubt this book contains huge pure healing energy on every level. From explaining the chakras, to meridians, to particular points in the body; all of the information you need to heal yourself is there. Whether you are new at energy work or an experienced light worker this book is a definite must have.

Energy Medicine is an irreplaceable reference for assisting with getting empowered in one's own health care. I have owned this book for the past 3 years and continue to use it regularly. The How-To-Boxes are great tools. Donna Eden's style and enthusiasm comes through on the pages. David Feinstein displays a great ability to translate concepts that are challenging to conceptualize on paper. The book helps bring abstract energy concepts into a language that is palpable. The integration of 8 energy systems is signature to Donna Eden's Energy Medicine. The content provided is not totally recorded in a linear fashion, which is helpful to keep in mind when accessing the book for specific information.Book Review: A good book to understand the energy dimension

Am a reiki student. and this was the primary reason i went in for the book, donna doesnt disappoint me in this respect. rather my understanding has been widened after reading through this book. but there are some negatives too, like at some points of time the book becomes very much verbose to the extent that you start getting distracted, also the exercises that donna has tried to lucidly advise are also not properly backed up by pictures in various instances. overall, it is a ok kind of book with newer insights and a must read for people into reiki and similar sciences basing their practice on energy field. but have a feeling that without the kit and videos the book is an incomplete read.
