Book Review: Down to Earth, Clear, Informative

I attended a workshop where Donna talked and demonstrated several of the energy techniques contained in her book. Her clear, natural,"down to earth", humorous presentation carries through in her book, making accessible to the reader information gleaned from her own experience and correlating to for instance the Chinese meridan system. This information and the techniques I have found extremely helpful in dealing with anxiety, exhaustion, fear,and similiar debilitating mental/emotional states during an extended period of transition in my life (changing jobs and life direction twice in two years) I often refer to this wonderful book for insight and assistance.Book Review: Energy Medicine Made Easy

As an energy practitioner, I have experienced many "healers" who have been sincere in their dedication and devotion to God, the clients, and to the healing profession. However, Donna Eden is like none other. She explains the various techniques in a simplistic, practical manner. Anyone can use the techniques within this text. It is clear that her intention is not to be heralded as a guru, master, or mystical being. Her purpose is to help teach and heal those interested in the healing arts. I have read the book and watched her Energy Healing video; both are phenomenal! This is a Must Read text for anyone in the healing arts.Book Review: Energy Healing

She shows us that it is within our daily reach to be able to strengthen and maintain our own vitality to support our own healing and reminds us all that the journey to health and wellness is one that we must walk with consciousness and awareness. Thank you to Donna for demystifying the very essence of human health and well-being! I use the book daily and the exercises have helped me to manage stress and to break through some habitual and unhealthy patterns in my life. A wonderful book! Donna's ability to guide the reader through the body's complex, multi-layered energy system is quite remarkable. Donna Eden is an inspirational woman. Her story is so empowering without focusing on the negative aspects (even though she has overcome great odds).
The format of the book is very readable. As someone who has difficulty with technical language I found it to be very easy to comprehend.
The information is of great benefit to any who are on a path of discovery with self healing, using energy medicine.
The excercises are great and are simple to do. The instructions are straightforward.
Well done on a fantastic read, this will live beside my bed for quite some time to come.
