Book Review: HOW TO HELP YOURSELF

Those who have multiple chemical sensitivities and unexplained problems to electromagnetic things will find this book helpful. It has information on Kinesiology, muscle testing, how to strengthen organs of the body. and what to do when your body reacts to certain foods, or ingredients. It is an invitation to test remedies, to watch the "alarm signals" that your body gives you indicating conflict with your intake of certain substances. It takes the "Physician, heal thyself" to another level of healing and learning. "Energy Medicine" is enlightening, timely, and practical.Book Review: Good and not Good

I enjoyed the book. There are great techniques to lean to help yourself. I have used them and have also used them to help my family as well. I was disturbed in some of her chapters about speaking with another realm or speaking with a dead loved one or ancestor. This is where I drew the line and had to delete the pages from the book. Even if you do not believe in these things as I do, there are still many helpful and scientific approaches to her techniques. I also did feel that there where lots of contradictions in her book as well. Besides two chapters in the entire book, I thought it was ok.Book Review: Simply the Best

This is simply the best book available on energy healing, written by a truly gifted healer. Her book is profound, clearly written and easy to understand. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to practice energy healing on themselves or others.
By the way, beware of the reviewer of this and other energy healing books who is plugging Energetic Anatomy by Mark Rich. Amazon does not sell that book, so it has to be ordered from the author, who has written a lousy book and, in my experience,
engages in shoddy business practices with the book buying public.
Book Review: easy effective healing techniques for everyone

In easy to follow words and illustrations Donna Eden presents healing techniques useful and effective for everyone...two legged and four-legged. She is a consummate healer herself but presents this material so that we can all assist in healing each other. She does an excellent job of presenting this information in a straightforward manner. The exercises are fun to do as well as effective for restoring energetic balance basic to healing on any level. I have read innumerable books on healing over the years and this one ranks right at the top as being the most useful.Book Review: Double Blind Studies

I have researched the subject of EMT and found that using double blind, objective studies proved that it is not effective and does not work. You will notice that all references used in this text and other books about this subject are doctors and others that participate in the marketing and profit by selling their books, tapes, DVD's, seminar, etc. You can get free information about EMT by doing a Google search which will cover most if not all that's in this book. I don't like to see people waste their money on stuff that is unproven. The materially didn't help me.
