Book Reviews of Everyone Worth KnowingBook Review: A Book Worth Reading... Summary: 5 Stars
This was definitely just a fun book to read. I didn't want to put it down because I was anxious to see what happened next. The only thing I was sad about was that it ended! Bette has to go from one extreme to the other with her job to really find out a little more about who she is and what she wants to do. As a person who is in her twenties, I definitely related to this. If you want a light, fun read with a few laughs, i recommend this book.
Book Review: Loved it! Summary: 5 Stars
This book tells the story of so many women.
It's so difficult to get into the in-crowd of NYC and some people will do anythign to stay there.
It's the story of a young lady who finds herself in the midst of it and all doesn't like what she sees.
Rumours, drugs, parties, alcohol, sex, sex and more sex.lol
Great book!
Book Review: Took a bit to get intrigued Summary: 3 Stars
I bought the book at Sam's after reading "The First Assistant." It had some resemblance to "The Devil Wears Prada," but the beginning dragged on with little interest. It wasn't until Bette Robinson was connected with Phillip Weston that the book became a great read. Overall it was a good book, but I wish the beginning had a little bit more intrigue.
Book Review: An okay read... Summary: 3 Stars
The story is a bit of a let down when compared toThe Devil Wears Prada. The character faces the same situation; regular girl becomes glamourous and hangs out with the "it" people. The book is however, pretty enjoyable, although not exactly a page turner.
Book Review: Easy read and entertaining Summary: 5 Stars
Even though I found the book predictable it was fairly entertaining. I enjoy escaping into a world that few experience. Since it was easy to read it was easy to pick back up where I left up when I put it down. This is a great book for those who enjoy relaxing but don't always have the time to get involved in a complex plot.
