This is a wonderful little book, at a great price, ...if you are looking for tasty appetizers. There are five or six brief fondue recipes, and the rest of the slim volume is dedicated to fabulous snack foods. I was expecting 64 pages of fondues (most of which I would probably never try), so I was a little surprised. However, how can you beat the price? The most basic fondues are included, with one or two more gourmet (yet simple)types. There are several recipes per page for the entire 64 pages. Its a great bargain. Recommended to the novice fondue chef or anyone wanting some unusual ideas for appetizers.
