Christmas time is a real challenge, especially when your "little boys" areall over 40. This is a great book for the diehard barbecuer or the novice.
They loved it, and Mom is once again the giver of all things cool.

This smoke/cookbook is much better than I ever expected. The photographs are very well done and the recipes that I've tried have been terrific. Best I've seen. We love Famous Dave's and we love this book of his.Book Review: Cook Like a Pro... if you have the time.
