Book Review: Book for everyone to read Summary: 5 Stars
Susan Jeffers did an outstanding job in writing this book. I personally shared it with a friend who was unable to be in a large group of people, sat near the door in church, just deathly afraid of many things. I gave her the book and made sure she read it. She is fear free today and goes and does anything she wants!!! What better recommendation could there be for a book? I highly recommend it.
Book Review: A very useful and inspiring read Summary: 4 Stars
The advice in this book is good for helping turn you from being a victim to taking charge of the fear that stops you from realizing your goals. I would also recommend combining these insights with mindfulness meditation as an effective tool for resolving the underlying fear itself. I also recommend 'The Path of Mindfulness Meditation' available through Amazon.
Book Review: Not worth your time or money Summary: 1 Stars
Just read the first few chapters and what a waste of paper! I'm going through some hard times and bought this book to help give me courage and strength, but I found it totally useless. Everything she says is obvious, she offers no insights your 5 year-old couldn't come up with. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for help!

Book Review: Get it! Summary: 5 Stars
This is a wonderful book. I recommend it whole heartedly and have tried Susan Jeffers suggestions and they work! Having had anxiety and worry almost all my life its a great relief to know that there methods that acually work if you commit yourself to them. A good therapist and the basics of this book is a good start to recovering from fear.
