okay well i just finished this book..its after two a.m. and i couldnt put it down...Michael Laimo truly kept me captivated with this book..The story was fantastic and the characters compelling..His strong use of imagery will probably give me nightmares but thats the whole point isnt it..ha.. So if you are thinking about purchasing this book take it from me..I am very finicky when it comes to books and this one is a winner..so anyway please buy this book!!

In the vein of CLive Barker, Michael Laimo hits a new high, one that sends chills itching arond your heart and a terror like only the truly best in the field can bring.
I would say that this novel surpasses Deep in the Darkness and Dead Souls with subtle ease.
Michael Laimos is quickly growing into one of the top-ranking horror novelist working today.

I won't get into too much detail, but some say this ranks up there with a Stephen King novel. I'm not a huge fan of Stephen King's books, but he's got a few like Misery that are bar none - the best. Mr. Laimo does have the ability to write in different styles and point of view, but this story was just a bit choppy to me. He seemed to try to get too detailed and I felt outside the story. I could never really feel or care about the protagonist.Book Review: TRULY A MUST READ!!!!!!!!

oh my this book is absolutely amazing!!! i couldn't wait to finish it!!! i was exhausted and still could not stop reading!!! my eyes were crossing and everything. i had to read the last chapters while covering one eye at a time so that they would not cross anymore! i cannot even express how much i thoroughly enjoyed this book. if anyone reading this has not bought it yet, do so immediately!!!
