Book Review: I need to see it in motion

The book, in combination with the try it before you buy it portion on t-tapp.com have helped me understand the movements and the concepts very well. I definitely need to buy the dvd, though - thankfully there's a 30% off coupon in the back of the book.

I like the series of exercises because it focuses on rehabilitating and balancing the body - which leads to weight loss and muscle gain, instead of the other way around - focusing on losing weight and not necessarily on balancing the body to avoid injury.

It would have been 5 stars if the dvd showed all of the exercises in the book.

T-Tapp is an amazing program. I bought the book when I heard about T-Tapp. I was sold on the science behind the system. It really helped to understand why I needed to do things a certain way.

I started doing the hoe downs from the book (and DVD inside). Then I ordered the Basic 15 minute Work out DVD with the 30% off coupon in the book.

I have lost 8 inches after one week of hoe downs and 1 week of Basic Work out 4 times. It really works. I feel so much better.

This book is worth the investment! I have shared it with other friends now.

T-Tapp really does work! I lost two inches off my waist in the first two weeks and fat just keeps melting off. Plus I have better posture and more energy.

My only problem is that it can be difficult to learn the moves from the book alone. Once you have the DVD though the book really comes into its own. Having seen the exercises once then the book is invaluable to learn them properly and the form tips are great.

T-Tapp might not be for everyone but unless you've tried it, properly, consistently and with good form then don't knock it.

I've done it all - the firm, tae bo, pilates, yoga - you name it and NOTHING has gotten me the results that T-tapp has. I lost 27 inches and 2 1/2 sizes in 8 weeks - with no change in what I was eating (and yes, still drinking wine!). Above all else, it is definitely a WELLNESS workout. I feel way better on days that I workout with T-Tapp vs. doing any other program.

The book is very helpful about telling you why it works, but I do think the videos are necessary in order to do the excercises correctly. The videos are worth every penny - [...]

Book Review: don't waste your time and money

The book is so confusing and complicated. It will take me hours, maybe days, to read all the instructions for each move and learn the sequence. I have read many exercise books and this one is so awful. You really need the DVD for the Total Workout. The DVD costs $80 on her website. So ridiculously expensive! Plus, I don't understand how her exercises could be aerobic by doing some knee/leg lifts at a moderate pace and strength training (bone-building) without lifting any weights. Please don't waste your time and money on this book.
