She includes a recipe table, which shows a list of the various recipes and whether they are easy or hard, can be made fast or take more time, lists calories per serving, and other criteria by which to pick a specific one. There is also an index that makes it easy to find what you're looking for if you have something specific in mind. All in all this is well worth the price to obtain a specialized cookbook such as this.
