As the author of The TMJ Healing Plan: 10 Steps to Relieving Headaches, Neck Pain and Jaw disorders, and as a physical therapist for almost 20 years, this CD and others by Denise Lynch have been extremely helpful to patients. I work at Canyon Rim Physical Therapy, in Salt Lake City, UT where they specialize in treating headaches, neck pain, and jaw disorders. The PT's there have over 50 years of experience and see patients from surrounding states and have tried many CD's, but this is a favorite. Most patients find these CD's help them learn to relax their face and jaw. Patients often listen to the CD before going to bed, and they report that it even helps when they fall asleep listening, as they wake with less pain and discomfort.
