This book provides remedies for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I have tried some of them and they help. this book made so much sense to me, I gave it to my homeopath(my regular doctor has no help to offer me)and she is reviewing it to see which of the other recommendations she thinks would be most helpful. I recommend it for anyone who suffers from CFS/Fibromyalgia.
