Book Reviews of From Fatigued to FantasticBook Review: The BEST book on Fibro I've ever read Summary: 5 Stars
I've had Fibro for most of my life being diagnosed about 20 years ago. I have read dozens of books on this subject and tried almost everything out there to help myself. I think this book is the easiest to understand about our condition and the program for getting better the most reasonable. I am now into my second week of following the SHIN protocol and have already noticed a difference in my sleep and energy level, without using any of the drugs I had used in the past. Whether or not I continue to improve is something yet to see but this book was very helpful to me and I actually enjoyed reading it.

Book Review: Great book Summary: 5 Stars
This book has helped me so much. Not only does it describe the symptoms I have but it gives you good approaches to attack this disease. The nutrition supplment protocols and RX meds are invaluable. I also really liked the section on how to talk to your doc. After suffering on and off for many years this book helped me to make sense of it all and gave me the hope and ambition to really give this a good try. Of course, I am also working with a great Naturopath that is very knowledgeable about CFS/FMS. It all goes together. I love this book.
Book Review: Helpful, Hopeful Info Summary: 5 Stars
FINALLY a book that explains what's going on and what to do about it! Those who suffer from CFS/Fibro (and their close friends & family members) often have GREAT difficulty explaining to others exactly what this syndrome is. This book clearly explains the basis of this particular auto-immune condition and gives helpful, hopeful, & realistic suggestions for managing one's daily life and activities with regard to CFS/Fibro. The fact that the author is a CFS sufferer as well as an M.D. makes him doubly credible.
Book Review: Helpful Information and easy to understand Summary: 3 Stars
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue in Sept. There was a lot of information on the Internet but this book seemed to be recommended time and time again. I have felt it very helpful in many ways and have even brought some of the information to my doctor saying I wanted to try some of the supplements, etc, and he was very good about letting me give things a try. There is much yet to be learned about Chronic Fatigue but this book gives us sufferers a place to begin in finding our way back to being "ourselves".
