I almost cried when I read this book because it explained so many things that were going on with my body. I have been trying to treat my symtoms seperately with different doctors and this book made me realize that most of my problems are connected and stemming from the same thing. I love the fact that it takes a combination approach of Rx and natural remedies. well worth the read.Book Review: Good resource for sufferers

Teitelbaum offers a comprehensive look at Chronic Fatigue and Fibromayalgia and then is quite good at covering the treatments from alternative to allopathic which in my opinion is the correct way to look at disease and its treatments. I would rather he never went in to the pharmaceutical products for aiding sleep and pain but for others it is the only answer and must be dealt with.Book Review: From Fatigued to Fantastic

A definite must read book for people with connective tissue disease aka fibromyalgia aka chronic fatigue syndrome. This author is a physician that also suffered from fibro and he has implemented vitamins, exercise, and whole foods as a way to improve or cure fibro. Read the book! what a great reference book. it truly stated the facts. made me realize that what i'm feeling is not "in my head". i've shared it with friends and they feel the same way about it. i would highly recomend it to anyone who questions if what they are feeling about CFS or fibromyalgia is real. this book is the real thing.

This is the most fabulous book. I had our local library copy out forever. I did not think I could find a copy. I was so excited when I found this online. The seller was also fabulous. The book was exactly as described and was here before I knew it. I highly recomend this book and this seller!
