Book Reviews of Garnishing: A Feast For Your EyesBook Review: A GREAT START Summary: 4 Stars
This book is well worth the money. It includes some fairly simple ideas to get you started and then progresses to more complex designs. Once you have mastered the carving concepts, a little imagination can take these garnishes and make them uniquely your own. The chocolate roses are exquisite.

I bought this book as a Christmas present for my soon to be son in law. He is a cook on a casino river boat and likes to add special touches when he can. He absolutely loved the book! I looked through it and the directions seemed to be straight forward. Lots of neat ideas!
