Book Review: Not fascinating
Summary: 2 Stars

This wasn't a bad book, per se, just a boring one. The recipes were pretty uninspired, in my opinion, and didn't really add anything I couldn't have found for free online. I returned this...but I'm hanging on to Perfect Scoop: Ice Creams, Sorbets, Granitas, and Sweet Accompaniments for dear life. THIS is a fantastic, inventive and hugely informative book.
