We met Elizabeth at the Book Expo America in New York City and discovered this most delicious and ingenious way of cooking. Our first meal upon arriving home to Arizona was her recipe for Tandoori Salmon.... wonderful, delicious and so easy to prepare. Thank you, Elizabeth for your wonderful book and cooking method.

I love the concept of cooking everything in one pot, without it being a stew! The recipes I have tried so far have all turned out great. I like the size of the book, it is easy to read and use.
