Book Reviews of Going Solo in the KitchenBook Review: excellent for inspiration Summary: 5 Stars
I checked this book out from the library many times and decided I should just buy it. It's great for reminding a single how to cook without so much that you have to freeze half and still eat leftovers all week. Also very good for quick ideas at the end of a long day.
Book Review: Great Cookbook for One Summary: 5 Stars
Finally a good cookbook for someone living alone. I got really tired of having to *do the math* with recipes geared for 5 or more. The recipes I've tried have been easy and delicious. Also, it's very well organized.

Book Review: Cookbook for One Summary: 4 Stars
gave this to a friend who'd recently lost a partner as a gift - although I've been single for 30 years, thought I'd get copy for myself. Good hints and have already tried some of the recipes.
Book Review: Just Okay Summary: 3 Stars
Since I'm allergic to seafood, there's a whole chapter in here I can't cook...plus many recipes in the other sections have some type of seafood in it. However, the ones I CAN make are great!
Book Review: Many Recipes have become personal favorites Summary: 5 Stars
I love this book. It really helped me get out of the "take-out" habit and into cooking. This book really does give practical advice, and makes it easy to make 1 or 2 servings worth of food.
