Book Review: This book really helped

We have purchased multiple books about helping our baby sleep and this one has by far worked the best. After buying "No Cry Sleep Solution" we implemented Pantley's suggestions and they worked to help get my 6 month old baby to sleep without crying, but 4 hours later she was up every 2 hours the rest of the night. Although I liked Pantley's sensitive approach to sleep training, after 2 months it was simply not working for our child past getting her to bed. I do not believe in cry-it-out methods, but I wanted a more practical approach to helping my baby learn to sleep. I bought this book after reading many positive reviews on Amazon and thought it was worth a try. The first night my husband helped comfort my baby like West suggested. Although it was a rough first night, our baby learned I wasn't going to get up and nurse her back to sleep like I had been previously doing. It has only been a week so far, but my baby has sleep through the night for 7 days straight now. She wakes up once a night, but sleeps from 7pm to 7am otherwise. If you are in doubt please buy this book. It is worth every penny for the sleep both my baby and I are getting.
