I can't believe how great the chapter is on compact cutting. I can now layer my daughters' hair and put in a few details in less than 15 minutes. The cuts look great, too. There aren't enough pictures and the author writes in hard to understand language. I need a book that's written in easier language with tons more pictures. I would not order this book again.
