[...] I found this book to be very informative and educational. I have been dealing with hip pain for years, and found more information in this book regarding diagnoses and treatment than I have from any provider I have seen! The exercises are illustrated and explained well, and this exercise regime is completely different than what the physical therapist was having me do. I haven't begun yet, but am looking forward to some pain relief, or an easier recovery from arthroscopic surgery. I also know what types of exercises to avoid, and which ones will be helpful; something my doctor never discussed with me. Thank you Dr. Klapper
