Book Review: required reading for all psoriasis sufferers..

Dr John Pagano's "Healing Psoriasis.." book is a godsend for those suffering with psoriasis and are sick of dealing with an endless cycle of expensive medications. He explains in great detail the causes of psoriasis and how dietary and lifestyle changes can help one heal oneself. He doesn't say it's easy. But he has documented many cases where his patients have made extraordinary results in clearing their psoriasis without any prescription drugs. No, your dermatologist probably won't approve. But I suggest jumping off the medication rollercoaster, read Pagano's book and heal yourself naturally.
But this book is not perfect. Pagano has a tendency to be repetitious, and some of what he suggests come without explanation. He also seems to repeatedly endorse a couple products and suppliers which can leave one wondering if Pagano is shamefully trying to earn extra money beyond book royalties. Still, the book is very readable and well laid out.
Bottom line: imperfect but the sort of book that should be on every psoriasis sufferer's bookshelf.
Book Review: Saffron Allergy, Dangerous!! Please read!

I love this book and think its great on so many levels. The only reason I'm giving it one star is to bring awareness to a possible danger with the saffron tea he recommends. I bought the saffron tea and tried it for the first time last night. I woke up an hour later with an itchy body, hives, and swollen hands, head and lips. My lips were severely swollen. Thankfully I woke up when I did and was able to take a ton of antihistamines. Im still swollen as I'm writing this but thankful that my throat didn't swell shut last night. I googled saffron allergy and found that it is a known allergy and listed my exact symptoms. I'm sure there are probably plenty of people that are fine drinking it but please proceed with caution when first using.Book Review: MOST EXCELLENT INFORMATION - TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN HEALTH!!!

Healing Psoriasis will probably heal more than the title describes! This is an excellent book for any individual that beleives that diet is the best medicine! A perfect companion to the "Fat Flush Plan" by Louise Ann Gittleman. I have incorporated just a few of the suggestions and the results are amazing - just amazing! Bring your own intelligence into action by reading this book & altering your LIFE. Thank God for John Pagano's contribution. The natural alternative presented seems simple but obviously not easy or a book would not be needed.Book Review: THE ONLY ANSWER TO PSORIASIS!

If you have psoriasis than you need to go out and buy this book. He goes into details of what you can eat and what you can not eat. I also recommend Dr. Pagano's cookbook. I know for myself I needed some help coming up with some new recipes. He has a lot of tasty recipes in his cookbook.Book Review: verdict is still out

The service was excellent and i receive the book fast. The verdict is still out because i bought the book for my wife but she has not followed the advice yet in the book . Starting the new year we follow the examples and hopefully i can change the review to 5 starts .
