Book Reviews of How Do Dinosaurs Go To School?Book Review: Good, but not the best one written Summary: 3 Stars
While I thought this was a good book, I felt like it focused more on the negative side of being bad versus the "positives" of being good. The art work is beautiful as always. I just need more examples of the good things kids can do at kindergarten, not just what they shouldn't do.
Book Review: Some very special challenges to the typical school setting. Summary: 5 Stars
Jane Yolen and mark Teague's HOW DO DINOSAURS GO TO SCHOOL? presents the zany story of what happens when giant dinosaurs decide to attend school. It's an unusual day where dinosaur show-and-tell, story time and more add some very special challenges to the typical school setting.
Book Review: Lovely Warm Book! Summary: 5 Stars
I loved this book and could see several students who could be the dinosaur! I teach ESOL in middle school and think my 6 graders will love the book. I have dinosaur and mummy books all over my classroom for them. This one is great and they can practice reading them too.
Book Review: enjoyable reading material Summary: 5 Stars
My three year old son has a collection of these books. He is so into dinosaurs, and reading about them and how they do everyday activities. My son enjoys the artwork, and I really like seeing the name of the dinosaurs written around them. That is a creative thought.
Book Review: Fun to go to school with dinosaurs Summary: 5 Stars
This colorful fun book about how a dinosaur goes to school is sure to delight small children. The pictures are cute and colorful. The dinosaurs are helpful creatures, yet there is a bit of 'naughtiness' that will delight small children and their sense of humor.
