Book Review: Wonderfully insightful book on the Alexander Technique

Missy Vineyard's books is a very welcome and much needed addition to the Alexander Technique literature. It is accessible, easy to read, insightful, and presents the Alexander Technique in an accurate manner.
I particularly enjoy the case studies and how the are threaded throughout the book. I am also a teacher of the Alexander Technique (in NYC) and very much enjoyed Missy's discussion and reporting on the process her students have had during their AT study.
A keen and thoughtful reader will learn a great deal about how the Technique is taught and what their own process might be like during a course of lessons. The many benefits that will come their way through their study are clearly stated in this book.
This is a wonderful book for everyone at level of the Alexander Technique study.
