Book Review: A Very Informative Book
Summary: 5 Stars

I love reading books on health and this is one of the two best books I've read on a healthy lifestyle. The other book is Sally Fallon and Mary Enig's, "Eat Fat, Lose Fat." Just like the book promises eating the right fats will also help underweight people gain weight. To many diet books are written solely for overweight people. But what about people with other health challenges? Both of these book address the whole range of health problems and present workable solutions to them. Also many books stress either a high caborhydrate or protein diet or are in some other respect off in their health recommendations.

This well written, easy to understand book covers every essential health subject from A to Z. As well as explaining the various metabolic types and testing for your type, the book gives the specifics about the proper diet for various metabolic types, the importance of drinking enough water, getting proper sleep, healthy bowel movements, and exercise. Even for the avid healthy lifestyle reader, every chapter holds your attention and provides much new and usable information. For those who are looking for a truely balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle, this book provides it.

Book Review: Required reading for health-conscious individuals

Paul Chek has managed to answer the numerous questions regarding how to obtain optimal health. We live in a society that overemphasizes the "one size fits all" and "quick fix" attitudes when it comes to health. I am a physical therapist and am tired of seeing fellow healthcare providers apply this philosophy resulting in a population of patients not getting better. What I mean by not getting better is that the symptoms may have improved, but what have we done for their health and vitality. Modern medicine addresses achieving adequate health, but what we all really need is optimal health. It is optimal health that allows us to live to be over 100 years old and experience all that life has to offer. Paul's book is able to explain the fundamental steps of obtaining optimal health for the lay person and health professional alike, using his holistic approach and emphasis on biochemical individuality, which basically explains why other "How to" health, fitness, and diet books do not work for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants to make significant improvements in their health to buy this book.

Paul Chek has placed all of his endless love, passion, and knowledge for the human spirit and human science(s) alike, into this book. Very rarely in the health and fitness industry can one attest to a piece of work as pure and unadulterated as this. Untainted and untouched by the soiled hands of PR, marketing, and commercialism; this book stands alone and will set the standard for truth and integrity in the fields of nutrition, exercise, and preventative medicine techniques. And to top it all off - the verbiage is easy for ANYONE to understand. If your goals are: optimal health, physique, disease prevention or solution, anti-aging, increased energy, increased vitality or spirituality... than this is your book. I truly believe this book should line the table tops of every family in the world.

Book Review: A Truly Revolutionary Book
Summary: 5 Stars

With this work, Paul Chek has written one of, if not the greatest book on health and wellness the world has ever seen. All of those who read and apply what Paul teaches in this book are sure to experience improvements in health and vitality levels never before seen. This is the only book in the world that completely customizes an individual's nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise program in order to improve one's health. This book is an absolute must read for anyone interested in improving his/her health as well as a necessary component of any health care/exercise professional's library. Unfortunately, words do not truly do this book justice. Paul's lifetime of work will take those in the health care and exercise industries, as well as all readers, to a higher level of consciousness and I'm sure his methods will be utilized and pondered over for many, many years. Thank you Paul for one of the greatest books I have ever read!!

Book Review: Save your health and live to have fun instead of pain
Summary: 5 Stars

Brilliant and accurate. No politically correct lies in this book. Only facts and the truth. If we can all live like this book teaches us we can all live very well. The question is : Do you care?

I know I always did and this book clarified and opened my eyes even more. Nevertheless it is for those who have enough zest for life and self-esteem and faith in a good life . Those who have given up on life or who are just lazy and feel entitled to health on a pill need not buy this book.


An interesting fact being that since I decided to eat only organic food ( which is simply real food grown as it is supposed to be grown and has been until we poisoned it in America) my food bill has been cut in half. The fridge stays full way longer and I don't eat as much and don't feel like eating as much either. Energy is higher and I don't have to exercise as much to keep lean.....Now that is cool!
