Book Reviews of How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy!Book Review: Terrible cover, yet amazing information Summary: 5 Stars
It contains a lot of different subject areas. It contains information that is short and sweet. With all skepticism aside, he brings up very interesting points about small and large lifestyle changes that would have most people turn the other way. This book is about doing, period. If you're a DOer, then this book is for you.
Chapters 1-4 are easy reads that will have you thinking differently about how you eat and live. Chapters 5-8 will teach you how to stretch, move your body, and exercise. Chapter 9 is short and full of various tips. Chapter 10 shows you how to utilize chapters 5-8. Chapter 11 is about stress. Chapter 12 is about sleeping. Chapter 13 is about calories. Finally, my favorite chapter is 14, which is about the digestive system.
Give it a try if you are tired of your all-in-one fad-diet. You might like this so much that it becomes a lifestyle, not a diet.

Book Review: awsome balance Summary: 5 Stars
I have read many books on health and diet and this book is by far the best fusion of all the best information one can find. I know many people in the field of holistic medicine and quite honestly I can say that this book sums up nicely what i have learned through my years of dealing with health related issues and consulting top specialists. If I had found this book 10 years ago and followed the program as layed out, I could have saved my thousands of dollars and years of searching.I personally think that if everyone used the system taught in this book to understand and refine how one eats and exercises, then we would be leading the world by example as Americans and not saying to the world "do as i say not as i do". I have met Paul Chek and honestly, the man walks the walk!
Book Review: LIFE CHANGING BOOK Summary: 5 Stars
The best book ever. Goes into all the essentials needed to live a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing just how important nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle are to your health and how they are all needed for optimal health. Paul Chek is one of the most knowledgeable men in the entire world and I recently went to his Institute in San Diego to get training to become a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and it was the best decision I have ever made for my career and to better my personal self. Paul Chek practices what he preaches and you could tell by his ripped body and physical health at his older age. This book is considered the nutrition bible by some and literally everyone should own a copy to learn how to eat, move, and be healthy!
Book Review: The truth will set you free Summary: 4 Stars
This book is an absolute must to have for everyone serious about making a complete lifestyle change towards better health. The information and references provided about nutrition, metabolic typing diets, circadian rhythms and hormonal responses, parasitic stress on digestion, and parasympathetic-sympathetic balancing of the autonoimic nervous system is outstanding. The only thing that held me back from giving this book five stars is the exercise selection. I understand for the beginner less is better, but I feel advanced level people will not use the recommended performance training routines exclusively due to the over emphasis of light resistance, single leg support based movements, and minimal exercise variety.
