Paul Chek is sometimes labeled as a complete radical in the fitness industry. While some of his work is off the beaten path of mainstream american society be careful not to make the mistake of missing the whole point by focusing on a few items that might not correlate with your own belief system. In 'How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy' Chek gives some great guidance that can be carried out immediately to improve one's health. This guidance includes consuming clean water, organic food, following a proper sleep/wake cycle, etc. I've been a fitness coach/personal trainer for nearly two years now. This book has given me plenty of great things to consider when working with people in the trenches.

How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! has already helped me make tremendous improvements in my overall Health and Vitality. What a wake-up call it was when I sat down to fill out the questionaires. I was shocked to find out how poorly I was doing. But, It was a necessary step to realizing where I stood and this book has given me the information and tools to make the changes I needed. I look forward to the continued improvements and the realistic assessments to where I stand. Thank you for sharing this vital information Paul. You are going to do a lot of people a huge service. This is the book you have been waiting for to walk you through a system that gets results!
Book Review: How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy by Paul Chek Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best book on all subjects listed that I have ever found. Not only does it address what is going on in our food chain that needs to be looked at, but it also addresses how to eat in a way that totally works. I lost 55 pounds that were a real problem for me by finding out my metabolic type. Not only did the weight come off but health problems are now non-existant.The exercise programs and stretches in the book are easy to follow and as a massage therapist a great book for clients and chiropractors, in fact any one interested in helping themselves or their health conscious clients. Congradulations Paul for the excellent book. All the best to you.
Book Review: Great format, great guide to health living Summary: 4 Stars
This book has very good structure and serves as a great guide to a healthy lifestyle. I've been doing the exercises outlined in the book along with guidance from a Chek practicioner in my area. It's a different way to the traditional exercise programs of which most of us are accustomed. He gives interesting guidelines to healthy eating and lifestyle habits and has a large following, probably for good reason. My only criticism would be that while the author presents these concepts in a very usable manner, it is a bit void of true scientific backing for his claims. But, overall, it's a book well worth reading for anyone interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
