Book Reviews of How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy!Book Review: This book is a masterpiece! Summary: 5 Stars
I am a neuromuscular therapist and I see many clients seeking pain relief that have failed with many other therapies. I have been using Paul's techniques for a few years now with nothing short of astounding results. To date, I have not yet failed to help chronic pain clients using the myriad of approaches outlined in this book. Its great to see that Paul finally put the information in a usable book for the health pro as well as the lay person. I give it 5 stars! You won't be disappointed!

How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy!
Returned the book as I did not feel that I would use it. I already eat faily healthy and this book was too far out for me to change. I like my food cooked. I also exercise regularly and the exercises were nothing new to me.
If someone is ready to radically change from an unhealthy to healthy lifestyle this would be a good one. Not for me.
Book Review: A manual for life. Not to be read and put on the bookshelf. Summary: 4 Stars
To get the most out of this book it needs to be read over and over again; and not necessarily in the order of 'front cover to back cover'. If you want an informative book that you can reference to again and again this is a great choice. To get the most out of your money this book is not one that can be read once and shelved. It's a book that will forever stay off the bookshelf. If you are seriously looking to improve your health and lifestyle - it's great; if not - save your money.
Book Review: Chek Does It Again Summary: 5 Stars
Paul Chek and the Chek Institute has developed a life changing program. This holistic approach is well rounded and a good change of pace from the usual dogma from so called experts. I use this book every day and learn how to adjust myself for better health and fitness. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve there overall health and lifestyle Just remember an "Idle butt is the devils fat depository."
Book Review: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Summary: 5 Stars
This book is fantastic! Such a great resource for those looking to take their health into their own hands. Paul Chek helps the average individual truly understand how nutrition and exercise affect the body, and how the body responds down to the cellular level. He helps put you back in control of your health. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for sustainable change for a more active, healthy lifestyle.
