I've been studying health and wellness for a few years. And Paul Chek's point of view is straight farward, easy to understand, and without babying. He talks about fitness, wellness, healthy eating, mind, rest... All that and you can also expand on it through the references he used. It's fantastic. Must have for trainers and health conscious individuals.

This book is really well written. It is easy to understand and very helpful. We learn things that we didn't ever think about before. It does not only give you information about nutrition and good health but also shows you how to use this information. I really liked it. It is also used in my nutrition class in college. Wonderful!
