Book Review: Good book, if you apply yourself

This was a good book. I grew up with alcoholism in my family and found that I was self medicating. It is a good book. If you really apply yourself you can do it! I can say that it helped me and my fiance for about 30 days, but then we went back to our old ways. But that's just like anything out there. I will pick it up again one day. I recommend it to anyone struggling with drinking even if you aren't a typical "alcoholic". Just if you find yourself drinking more than you used to. Or if you are a full blown alcoholic. This can help.
