After reading the book by William Campbell Douglas, I'm still not sure whether I should use hydrogen peroxide by taking it orally. Dr. Douglas can't tell you to use it without becoming libel. He does give you names of Doctors who practice alternative medicene and tells of the wonderous cures by injecting the patient with hydrogen peroxide. He also warns of using hydrogen peroxide orally and the dangers of doing so. If you have a health condition that warrants taking a chance, then he provides some guidelines for mixing and drinking hydrogen peroxide to provide your body with more oxygen but he doesn't advise doing doing this although a lot of his friends do take it orally. If this is confusing, then, the book is too.

Peroxides are supposed to be bad for you. Free radicals and all that. But now we hear that hydrogen peroxide is good for us. Hydrogen peroxide will put extra oxygen in your blood. There's no doubt about that. Hydrogen peroxide costs pennies. So if you can get oxygen into the blood cheaply and safely, maybe cancer (which doesn't like oxygen), emphysema, AIDS, and many other terrible diseases can be treated effectively.
