Summary: 5 Stars
I bought the book, and I admit it sounded a little hokey! But I've tried it for three weeks, yes, even listened to the CD, and I'm doing well. I've already lost some weight and broke a plateau that I've never been able to get past. Of course, I am working out and lifting weights, but I attribute my recent success to the book and the FREEDOM it gives me around food. I'm very happy with my purchase.
