I really don't like going out. I don't like restaurants because I don't like the idea of someone, a waitress, being responsible for my evening. I like seconds, and more, and lots of conversation, and I've always hated the idea that in a restaurant an evening just ends. I find that incredibly depressing.

This book is a spoof of Martha Stewart. She basically gives you bad advice on entertaining, if you do the opposite of everything she says you will be a hit at any party.
I tell you this, because my friend thought she was serious and took her advice word for word and is now is a social pariah.
However, the recipes are real and are great and easy to follow. The spinach pie is yummy. There alot of funny pictures in it and her color scheme is nice and refreshing.
She also has a snarky black sense of humour,(don't let your kids read it) some of which is a little racy and may offend some people. But, I love it so I enjoyed it.
