Book Review: Weird book, not helfpul, not useful - very NEW AGE

This book is just plain friggin weird. I didn't find it helpful and it wasn't useful. It pissed me off when all was said and done. It has a real new-agey approach - make friends with your mind, stop scaring yourself - and think better thoughts, type stuff.

The writing is horrifically disjointed and stream of conscious. It's written vis a vis conversations between HAUG and his patients. And proper dialogue formatting has been tossed to the wind, which is what I plan to do with this book after I finish my review.

It's a crazy book, poorly written with the Docs brilliant insights (he thinks so himself) that make you think, "DUHHHH."

Quite frankly I am a bit shocked that this book scored so many rave reviews. I am starting to believe the conspirators who claim that Amazon authors get their sales and marketing teams to pump up their ratings with rave reviews.

Overall the book wasted my time, pissed me off and convinced me to try to live on four or five hours a sleep a night. It just may have to be my lifestyle.
