Book Review: Excellent recipes along with a great sense of humor!

My hubby fell in love with Alton Brown and his recipes well over a year ago so this was a Xmas present and by now, we have done a good few recipes from this book. The sense of humor adds to the cooking experience, and the unique approach by Brown is one of the reasons he is so popular and successful as a chef/comedian! I love the sweet potato recipes, and I feel that if you are careful and cognizant of ingredients, there are a lot of healthy choices among the recipes. Most of all, Alton Brown helps you understand about the food's origins, and chemistry and composition and so many other aspects of food besides just cooking it up to consume! Well-done Alton, we love ya!
