The reviews posted on the site are longer than the book. It is less than 100 pages long and about 1/4" thick. I know it is a "value" book but it's a tiny, quick read that would be more suitable to a Good Housekeeping magazine (granted not PG rated!) than a book.Book Review: A quick fix

This book is a quick fix for the diehard "In Death" fans. It was not long enough nor did it develop the characters as we are used to. Interlude in Death and Midnight in Death are small paperbacks that were originally part of anthologies written by Nora Roberts along with other authors. Hence, the shortness of the novels. If collecting the series, you will want to also own these.Book Review: J.D.Robb delivers again

Interlude In Death was an excellent read. The characters of Eve and Roarke continue to be fleshed out as a very lively and dangerous couple. Robb has a way of drawing you immediately into the story and keeps you locked in til the end.
