Book Review: A must-read for heart drug takers

This book is absolutely essential reading for anyone taking statin drugs, daily aspirin, NSAIDS, beta blockers or calcium channel blockers etc. The information given on these drugs and the problems they cause was frightening.
I realise that Sheery can't just put out one big huge book with everything in it, but I must admit I was frustrated and disappointed to come out of reading this book with the message that the book of hers I really need is 'The High BP hoax.' It is apparently the sequel to 'Detoxify or die.'
I feel more frustrated still as my biggest problem is LOW blood pressure and it is doubtful that this book will even discuss that. I'll probably be buying it for maybe just one chapter of new and relevant detoxification information. I hope I'm wrong and she does though!
(I also hope there isn't much more to it after the 12 - 24 months of FIR sauna use!)
Each book of hers I read I keep being told that book X she's done is what I really need, too. I think I actually would really rather pay more and have the one BIG book with everything in it and all up to date. (Sorry Sherry, I don't mean to sound ungrateful, your books are immensely helpful and I'm a big fan!)
Overall, this book was very easy to read and well organised and very clear in its message and with its references. If you're taking soem of the abive drugs, I highly recommend it and it really is essential. If you aren't, I'd recommend 'Detoxify or die' instead as it contains much more detailed treatment information for those of us with heart problems.
