I have really enjoyed reading this book! My son is now 10 months old and I wish I had began reading this book before he was born! It is really interesting to learn that some of the ways we as society treat boys differently from girls can have a lasting impact on them. My experience with grown men makes me realize how much sense the things in this book make. Boys and men really aren't as "tough" as society tries to make them, they are really very loving and soft hearted, maybe even more so than girls at times. I am glad that this book made me recognize this now so I can nurture my son and help him to become a strong and confident
adult!
