Book Review: Killing Mr.Griffin
Summary: 5 Stars

Killing Mr.Griffin is a book about 5 teenagers who kill their English teacher on accident. Sue is a nerdy outcast who has always had a crush on popular boy, David. Mark is this weird, yet charming character that made the book. It was his idea to kidnap their demanding unfair English teacher, Mr.Griffin. Betsy and Jeff are Mark's friends. They all come up with this "funny" plan and include David and Sue. They don't know that Mr.Griffin must take pills or he can die. When they find out Mr.Griffin is dead, the teenagers must do everything they can to make sure their plan works out.
I gave this book 5 stars because I really liked the way the plan was worked out. Every chapter seemed to get more interesting until everything bursted out in the end. I also think that the character Mark made the book awesome. The way you wanted to hate him so much, but loved him and thought he was so charming. In conclusion, this book is very exciting and I suggest you buy it now!

The novel Killing Mr.Griffin was a good mystery book. In the novel there was a character named Susan McConnell, Susan was a student which was chosen by some of her classmates to scare Mr.Griffin(her english teacher). The purpose of their plan was because Mr.Griffin was strict with all his students. The mastermind behind the plot was a kid who faild before by Mr.Griffin and was seeking revenge, his name was Mark.
The students wanted to see Mr.Griffin crall and ask for an apology, Susan on the other hand, was feeling uncomfortable with what the students were doing with Mr.Griffin. The students had no idea that Mr.Griffin had a medical condition, not knowing they left him to his death. They buried him ,but they left the pill case which held Mr.Griffins medication. The pill case was discoverd and reported to the police. This event lead them to a slow breakdown.

Book Review: Earns an English teacher's high praise!
Summary: 5 Stars

Yep, I teach English, and I demand a lot from my students. Should I worry that so many reviewers found the kidnap scene funny? Perhaps, but the true strength of this novel lies in its insight into the confusion and uncertainty felt by Sue and David particularly as they find themselves caught in a plot to scare a disliked teacher which soon spirals out of control. Duncan also does an excellent job of capturing Brian Griffin's dedication to his students and his reasons for being so demanding. Thus, readers are swept along with alternating sympathies, first for lonely Sue, then for the kidnapped Mr. Griffin, then for Mrs. Griffin, who knows Sue is lying about her husband's last hours, finally for David, who suffers a terrible loss himself as the story draws to a close. This is an outstanding book which will grab and hold the attention of any reader who has ever wished to exact revenge on someone in power, be it a teacher, boss, or even parent.

Book Review: KIlling Mr. Griffin
Summary: 5 Stars

Reviewer KaY

Have you ever wanted to get revenge on a teacher because of too much homework or not enough time to study for a quiz? The book "Killing Mr. Griffin" by Lois Duncan is about five high school seniors that got their wish by getting revenge on their English teacher, Mr. Griffin. Like in other books Lois Duncan has written , "Killing Mr. Griffin" is full of mysteries and unsuspecting twists. The point that the book is trying to make is: you should not judge a person on how they act when they are in a certain place or with a certain someone. Maybe there is more to that person than they will let you see. I would recommend this book for anyone that likes mysteries, strange twists, or just likes to read. The way the book is wrtten is easy to read and understand. You can find out though this book that not everyone is how they appear and that the way something should turn out is not always the way it will end up.

Book Review: "Run!"
Summary: 5 Stars

"Run!" was the last phrase Mr. Griffin said to one of his `better students' after a conference with Susan McConnell before he was abducted to a far away place in the mountains. Mark Kinney, a teenage psychopath, planned a very discreet strategy when he was setting up the plot to murder his incredibly strict language teacher who was going to become a father. Mark Kinney, who always knew what to do, arranged the plan certain people, a certain place, and a certain time for everything. Mark even picked the class nerd; Susan McConnell. After Mark Kinney went after his teacher, he went after his friend's grandmother and then he made a challenge to attack Susan McConnell when she made an effort to tell the police. Susan was saved after when Mrs. Kathy Griffin went in so Susan can tell her side of story when she saw her group abduct Mr. Griffin. Luckily, she was saved and she told the truth...and she and the other members were to go on trial.
