Book Reviews of Life with My Sister Madonna

Book Review: Puh- LEEZEEE
Summary: 1 Stars

For one, This book is a tell all of the most famous female pop star in the world. Who sold her out? Her own BROTHER. You do not have to be a fan of her's to see this book was written by a scorned baby out for revenge. At first riding the coat tails of his "big" sister, then becoming bitter airing the family laundry out for the world to read. Tasteless, poorly written and a utter disappointment. The facts of this book are even wrong. Simply laughable. The pages of this book line the bottom of my bird's cage. The ONLY reason I gave it one star was because she was on the cover.

Book Review: Not insomnia -- MANIA
Summary: 4 Stars

Madonna has pretty much run out of fake personas (aka the False Self of the narcissist, designed to attract constant attention) to project to the world. She systematically cut off her family and, now, she has no significant other. Loneliness will continue to be a problem for her. Through adoption, she assured herself a continued source of narcissistic supply. But she also increased the chances that one of her kids will grow up to write a book about life with their famous, narcissistic/bipolar mother.

Book Review: Great Book
Summary: 5 Stars

This was the best book about Madonna I have read so far. Christopher gives us a look inside his and Madonna's life together. I have been a Madonna music fan for 25 years. The older I get the more I dislike her shallow egotistical ways. She is very insensitive, and cheap. I always suspected that, but it was confirmed in this book. I will still continue to be Madonna fan b/c I like her music. Unfortunately, her personality is harsh and cruel and she needs to start caring more about others.

Book Review: Self Serving and Pathetic
Summary: 2 Stars

The book is interesting in his descriptions of events in Madonna's life, but nauseating in his constant self pitying. He writes the book as if Madonna owes him something and is so insensitive not to support him further. It appears she gave him several opportunities to succeed and he still remains thoroughly ungrateful. Not an easy read as I became increasingly tired of his rants on Madonna.

Book Review: BooHoo
Summary: 3 Stars

Boo Hoo! Give this guy a box of tissue. While it's an interesting book, the author contridicts himself over and over. It's OBVIOUSLY a cry for attention. After reading it your left wondering is he being truthful or totally making this stuff up while trying to make money off of his sister?? Hmmmmm......
