Book Reviews of Meditation Made EasyBook Review: A bit hokey Summary: 2 Stars
I have heard some good things about meditation and it's benefits and before plucking down $600.00 for a TM class I wanted an introduction to see if it were for me. This book was a numbere of breathing excercise and really not much more ... for me. I am still interested in learning about meditation and hope to some day be able to achieve the "zen like" benefits. Unfortunately, this book did not "get me there."
Book Review: Best meditation book by far Summary: 5 Stars
I have hundreds of books and if I could only keep one, this would be it. I bought many meditation books prior to this one and haven't felt the need to look further since. It is both relaxing and refreshing to read and I do so at least twice a year. I've given it as a gift to important people in my life and they value it as much as I do.

This books is the best guide to many different types of meditation that I have ever read. It is very easy to read, encouraging, and opens up all kinds of possibilities for meditation. This is my second copy. I gave my first to a friend and plan on ordering more for other friends.
