Book Review: Lackluster exercises
Summary: 2 Stars
Unless this is your first exercise book, chances are you will be familiar with most of the material presented herein. So -1 star for lack of originality. Furthermore, a lot of the exercises are plain boring, to put it bluntly. There goes another star from the rating.
There is not much instruction per se, so the student is more or less left to figure out most of the technical issues on his own. Another star subtracted!
If you can practice this stuff diligently for a longer period of time without falling asleep, you'd probably see some technical improvement. But really, there are many other books that will be a lot more fun to work with. This book is outdated.
